Under the Bridge to Skye

When we reach Kyle of Lochalsh in Scotland, we reach the point where the Skye bridge takes us across to the magical Isle of Skye. The area around and under the bridge is actually rich with photographic opportunities, be it views from the bridge, views under the bridge or views of the area just on the island. This includes the gorgeous harbour at Kyleakin and the mysterious Castle Moil. I make a point of always carrying a camera, just to capture anything and everything that catches my eye as we carry on with the minutiae of life. I was in Atherton and just heading for the shop that sells fuses and passed a small alleyway that used t...
