A Grand Old Lady

Elvington's pride and joy, a beautifully preserved Halifax. It's not airworthy and there may be some doubt as to whether it could safely be fired up without shaking itself to pieces, but it is a fine sight.

When you think it is getting on for 80 years old, it is amazing it looks as good as it does. There must be a dedicated band of workers keeping it in that condition. Good clear image with all the details well shown.
