Mindy was a delightful collie, gentle and highly intelligent. Sadly she is no longer with us, but I did find this 6x6cm slide, taken when she was very young. The copy was made by using an LED light panel and a 50mm macro lens. It was originally shot on a Rolleiflex 3.5F TLR, and of course the waist level viewfinder means that it was very easy to get down to the same level. Modern DSLRs with tilting screens can achieve the same thing.

She looks a lovely girl. It is sad when we lose our pets. I had a Mindy once, a maltese poodle cross. Loved her to bits.

It looks a lovely dog. It is always sad when you have to let them go but well remembered in your image.

A wonderful image of Mindy I hope you had many happy years together. Collies are such an intelligent breed as well as very loyal loving dogs.
