Great picture of a classic car

Great light and detail. That little beauty is worth a small fortune over here.

The purists would hate the alloy wheels (I think they actually suit it) .... and the retractable aerial

It used to come with hub covers, which occasionally fell off, exposing the wheel nuts to the elements. Lovely capture of a very good-looking Morris minor.

Takes me back. As Dame Edna Everage said when seeing one whilst looking at Tudor buildings, "Look. A half-timbered car." Smile

This photo also takes me back to 1975 when I bought my first car - a black Morris Traveller with a Rutland number plate which is probably quite a bit now. It served me well towing my moto-cross bike to meetings around the countryside. Only sold it because I went to work abroad and still remember it fondly. Nice photo and fond memories. Chris

Watchout for woodwormWink Should have pressed steel wheels for the full works authenticity, and a valve radio. Neat picture of how it was back then.
