Redcar beach, tide going out, groynes survive another tide, I just had to get a long exposure shot of these rather eloquent and simple structures that have stood the test of time (and the north sea). What made this little jaunt more pleasurable was a young male cormorant perched on the end but unfortunately wide angle lenses dont go that far. But he did keep still enough for a while. Hope you like it.
