I suppose the Gulf Stream has something to do with the ability of such trees to survive way up there, Ken.
The palm makes an interesting f/g subject in the wider scene here.

A very lovely capture of this delightful location, Ken...nice to see some blues sky and white fluffy clouds! Wink We have had a sky like this here in Wakefield today, but don't suppose it will last.
