Wistful Old Man

Saw this old boy at Colchester Zoo. He seemed to have seen it all by the way he looked at people. I just keep finding myself staring into his eyes wondering what he's thinking.

You've got excellent detail in this one and its a nice tight crop that realy concentrates the attention.

I have to say I was pleased with this shot - first time I've really tried animal photography, so it's nice to get lots of positive feedback. It was quite a difficult shot as it was through glass, but a polariser and a touch of "levels" seems to have done the trick.
