Nice shutter speed to blur the water.

I would be tempted to crop the foreground a bit as it's a touch overwhleming and possibly add a touch of saturation in photoshop to brighten it up.

Only minor points though

Hmmm. It is a bit lacklustre. Didn't seem as dull in the larger version.

Needs a punch in saturation. Was it an overcast day? Nicely composed as far as I can see. Could do with something right in the FG to punch you in the eye.

Beautiful exposure on the water Jonathan...the background greenery adds pretty contrast to the scene.
