Cracking shot. The colour looks almost like Velvia!

nice shot. Its nice to see a different view of an area I know so well (I live about 3 miles from Bwlch). Took me a while to work it out - I recognised bits but couldn't put it all together in my mind. excellent montage work - you can't see the join at all. Were you on Buckland Hill?

  • Light over Kyle of Loch Alsh

Nice shot, especially for a first try. A few tweaks - when taking the shot and when editing (techniques you can learn easily enough) - could've improved it a little. But you've obviously got a good eye for a good atmospheric image - thats the most important thing.

Thanks for the comments. The flyer is to promote my graphic design business. The photo will have no text on it, although it will be cropped a bit. The last version of the flyer had the photo of Llangors Lake (Llyn Syfaddan if you're that way inclined) that I uploaded on 5th March 2006 on the front. That is probably one of my best ever shots and I want something that will be up to the same standard. I got a lot of positive response from the last flyer, because of the photo on the front. I also produced a set of 6 different business cards with a different photo on each - it was amazing how many people tried to collect the set - which turned out to be quite a clever way to clutter up potential clients' offices with loads of copies of my card!

  • COY CARP

Doesn't look like a very coy carp to me - more of an exhibitionist carp I'd say!

Lovely shot (but check your spelling before you upload!)

  • Yaaawwwwn

Reminiscent of the work of Alberto Korda. Could 'Yawn' replace 'Che' as the icon of the 21st century?!
