Evening light 2

By jond
I was going to post this one straight after my last shot, but I've been sicky for the past 10 days!

Shot from the same location as my last two uploads, Mynydd Llangors in the Brecon Beacons. I liked the warmth of the evening light and the shadows in the fields. This is the least tweaked and most subtle of the 3 shots, so it should please the purists most - but will probably get the least number of clicks!

great patchwork, I prefer this approach and fear your prognosis will be correct. Didn't really consider myself a purist though Wink

One of the nicest I have seen so far. The land looks like a patchwork quilt.

Wow thanks everyone. I guessed this would get about half a dozen clicks max. (No I'm not a 'Click Chaser'! But, within obvious limits, they can be a useful indication of the relative popularity of an image). I assumed that the more subtle composition and Photoshop treatment of this image compared with my last two would limit its appeal. It just goes to show that you don't have to whack a picture with the Photoshop stick until your eyes water for it to be popular.
Cheers

Excellent Jon, a product of super lighting...such a beautiful wide field of interest. Exposure is hard to fault.
