Summer Surf

By jonny250
This is at portinfer , Guernsey. We've had some summer surf this weekend - a bit windy, but plenty of people out there. I like the light in this image of the wave breaking over one of the rocks by the beach.
Thanks for looking.

Great shutter speed for the action, I like the way the light is on the water LHS.

Beautiful image - caught perfectly - I love the green translucence in the wave on the left that really makes this shot for me. Is this the stump of an old light tower?

Great image, not sure about the Green, think in Mono this would be more visually dramatic.......still a great shot though.

Fantastic shot, really captures the power of the waves, have to second the green comment, find it a little distracting from the foreground interest. Good work!

Super shot. For me, that soft subtle green is perfect. Love the upper spray.
