  • The Stalker

Thanks you everyone for you kind comments. Grin

If you are into cats and you happen to be down Plymouth way sometime, then Dartmoor Zoo is the place to go.

There are no fences to get in the way between you and the Tigers (to be uploaded soon), the Cheatah and this Jaguar, instead its a wide pool and wall, but because of the slope of the site the animals feet level is about the same as yours.

The Bears have a similar setup too.

  • Cheetah in the Rain

Thanks for your kind comments - this took at least half an hour to get as the Cheetah was pacing around it's enclosure for at least that long. Then just as I was getting fed up with being wet he jumped up on the rock and had a look round his kingdom - took a look at me to make sure I got the shot then jumped off again Smile

  • Godrevey Sunset

Thanks for commenting - the only problem is that the figure is SWMBO (She Who Must Be Obayed) so there's no way I'm removing her from a picture Smile

I also have this from a slightly different perspective without SWMBO in.

  • Cheetah and Cubs

Thank you for your comments everyone - really I was just lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time.

The Cheetah family are all shelltering from the wind, which was blowing from behind the log they are sat in front of, straight into me...

  • Racing

Thank you everyone for your comments - this was harder than I expected as I was also on a yacht so was moving as much as the subjects.

  • Big Boys Toys

Thanks for your comment - it was harder to frame than I thought it would be as I was also on a yacht so both vessels are moving at different rates.
