I think, though I do like the actual flowers in V2, I prefer V1. It's the spotting of the waterdrops on the wood which takes my eye away from the Tulips in V2. V1 is very pretty indeed.

Had we not seen V2, I think we'd mostly be happy with V1 with as Hermanus the harmonious colours.
A different idea to lay the flowers on the table.
Maybe water droplets just on the tulips as opposed to the table (hope it's not your best table)
would be even better!

Lovely both of these Graham, and V2 looks like little crystals scattered
but for me the beauty of V1

v2 looks good with the jewels, Graham. I do like your LED lighting, I shall have to do some research.

For my taste V2 has too many water droplets but its personal taste - V1 is rich in colour and well presented in the frame

Excellent set Graham. I much prefer V1 without the water drops today which is the shot my award goes to. Gorgeous colour and excellent detail. She who must be obeyed would shoot me if I put water drops on the table. GrinGrinGrin

Have never thought of using wood as a b/g for a flower shot, so that's very original: given that, I think my preference lies with V 1 without the water droplets.
