Snowdonia Panoramic

By andy210966
Good Morning All!

Many thanks for taking the time to post comments on my last upload especially during this time of the year when the focus is on so many other things.

Well, I am back at work again and here for the next 21 days, so miss out on the silly season (some say it's a blessing!!)

Todays upload was taken a couple of weeks back before the real snow fell in the hills, but was still bitterly cold. A panoramic in the late afternoon - I was considring removing the car and vans but thought they accentuated the lead of the road so left them in. I do hope you like it and thank you for taking the time to stop by and do view large if you have the time... CTRL + or - to enlarge or reduce to fit the screen.

Techie bits:

Camera set to AV
7 portrait format shots stitched in CS4.
Canon 50mm lens
Manfrotto Pan Head with base plate.
Cokin Z Pro ND8 Soft Grad filter.

Have really enjoyed viewing this large - fantastic work Andy. the sky colours and detail are wonderful and I really like the way you have left the vehicles on the rhs - for me they add to the composition by accentuating , as you say, the lead of the road.
Have a great christmas, in spite of being at work (actually I would imagine it is quite a special experience out there on a rig - have to say it would appeal to me!)
