Taken back in 2013 at Boconnoc, near Liskeard, when these chaps were demonstrating the power of the water hose with the lovely backdrop of the lake which the steam guys - and my late brother included - had cleared from trees, tree stumps and overgrown vegetation a couple of years before with their steam engine ploughers and winches.
Perhaps not the best equipment for tackling a house fire, with the time it takes to get up a head of steam. However, ideal in static conditions for winching wood etc. Your image shows it well in action, Ju.
