About

Hi, my name is Julie and I live in a little village called Birstall in West Yorkshire, quite near to Leeds.
Birstall is the home of Oakwell Hall, which is well known for its connections to the Bronte's. So being so near to where I live I do spend quite a bit of time there as you will see from the pictures in my p/f.

Hello Julie
Your Gravir photo grabbed me today and I've since been looking through your portfolio, especially all the Lochs (Isle of Lewis) shots. Very reminiscent for me as I lived at Callanish 1974-84. Love your shots across the village with the Shiant Isles looking so clear across the water.

Hi Julie,

Being a huge Bronte fan, I've really enjoyed looking through the photos of your 'local patch'. I love West Yorkshire Smile

Julie,

I think your PF is superb. I like the diversity of shots and especially like your manipulations. Keep up the great work.

Thanks Walter, its a picture I took of myself in a mirror. Then desaturated and cropped. One day I might have the courage to show my whole face Smile
Looking forward to your Picasa 2 tutorial when I get chance. Its a great little program..Julie

Julie, your most recent post brought me to your portfolio and I'm glad it did. You have some very interesting pictures out here. By the way -- I like the portrait of you (the eyes).
Is that a self portait or did a friend (or your daughter) shoot that one? -=Walter

Great variety and lots of interest. Some criminally neglected photographs, "The end" is a case in point: so well seen and presented and yet so little comment.
Keep them coming Julie - ePz needs portfolios like this!

You have a beautiful Portfolio Julie with such a varied scope of subject matter all of which are of a good standard and a pleasure to view.
Doug.
