Ripples in the sand

Another from the Climping meet.
I liked the reflection of the breakwater in the wet sand. A good sunset would have been nice at this point, but alas there was no sun, so mono it is..

B&W appears to be in vogue at the moment, and why not ?
It is often said, and certainly the case with this one, that B&W highlights patterns and textures as the eye is not distracted by colour.

I quite like the way,because of the water, the reflection curves towards you

Grin A beautiful shot,great movement and light reflections,the mono giving the picture a lovely soft atmosphere,so sorry i missed the meeting,me being greedy for double time.Smile

Great minimalist mono work and the sand works very well.
