Evening on the kennet

My first offering from the D2X! its taken me a while to get used it...its a whole lot of camera,amazing.

Took this walking the dog last night...I should have stood further back shouldn't I? but i was pannicking about the rapidly disapearing light and chap looking as if he was ready to pack up..still I rather like it. No of course I didn't nick the moon from another image,whaddaya think i am??

what i would expect from a photographic daughter ! This would have been difficult on a film camera- one of the main advantages with digital, from my own experience; well done lees !

Kali simply perfect silhouette with the perfect moon to really tie this up perfectly, soo perfect was the key to this image which i love!!!

I think it's amazing! Great colours and silhouette (and no, it never entered my mind about you photoshopping the moon in).

MOST excellent. Should u have stood further back? You mean to get his old hook in the water or at least the end of his rod? (missus) Well I think that would have made another shot rather than a replacement for this. This one perfectly fills the frame and the moon makes the right hand side of the image just as freaking amazing as the left side and that superb character of a silhouette. A peaceful delightful image Padds and a wonderful example of clever exposure for this style of photo.
