Latest Visitor

By KarenFB
My latest visitor to the garden pond is this gorgeous Emperor Dragonfly - she was trying to lay the next generation.

At one point Taffy managed to capture her, but a quick grab by the scruff and a "No!" later, he spat her out and she flew off (she was back trying to lay within minutes!).

Stunning, both the insect and the image. She looks like she has been sculpted in silver in the first shot, wonderful images.

Quick thinking with Taffy! Well done. Glad it didn't suffer too much, and lovely images. Smile

I rarely use my little SX240, but yesterday I shot a few random things with it and realised once again how nice it is.
