The basement cats don't go out much. When they are unleahsed on the world they loiter with the intent of wreaking havoc on the local small rodent population. This rarely happens, most "kills" are already stiff or dessicated beyond recognition. Still tasty though... apparently.
Even rarer is me taking a photo of the cats. This is Pixel aka "Daddy's little princess" ...

I love the muted colours too. They concentrate attention on the subject of this lovely pet portrait.

Beautifully done. Some of our cats have a catch and release policy. They catch them outside and release them indoors.SmileSmileSmile
