Tea time

By KatieR
A bee feeding on asters in the garden, taken at the weekend - can't believe how hot it was.

The bees are enjoying an unusually long summer and the pollen is getting spread far and wide - the beekeeper who makes honey near us should have had a great year, thanks to our flowers!

A beautiful macro, love the colours and fine detail. Such a shame most of the bees and butterflies weren't around to enjoy our belated Indian summerSad
