I agree with James. An imaginative and pleasing production here. However, the combat-style trousers add a touch of irony to the 'angelic' theme of the photo. Don't know whether this was intentional but, if not, you may want to try this effect with the child in different clothing. Smile

fabulous shot. Based on this I don't think you need many tips for the wedding.

I love this shot, it's such an original idea. I've uploaded a slight mod, cutting the space on the left and slightly at the top, which I thought placed more emphasis on the little girl. superb image!. Best of luck with the wedding. Use a fill in flash whereever possible to reduce harsh shadows on the faces.

Hahaha sorry, I didnt dress the kid for the day, it was just an impromptu test shoot to see how the location and time of day would work for the actual wedding. But I didnt pick up on the irony but I like the irony more than doing typical angelic clothing - its all about contrasting opposing ideas

Thanks for that - I like your modification - it works the rule of thirds better in the composition. Yea and I will keep that in mind using fill flash, I forgot completely on the practice shoot about that. Good idea! So much to remember and think of on the day - I even had a bad dream about it last night
