A camera club outing last night to South Queensferry.
It had been and nasty all day and there wasn't much hope of getting any colour for a sunset on the bridges.
However, a wee chink of light showed itself below the cloud just before the sun found the horizon and gave a rather nice display.
The real challenge came in trying to get a shot that was different from the rest of the club members.
I think this one might fit the bill -- it is the last rays hitting the wind diffusers on the Queensferry Crossing with the colour being intensified in the reflection underneath the road platform.

I'd say that certainly fits the bill. You've resisted the temptation to go for a grand sweep of the bridge and concentrated on just a few details, which, with the subtle light, makes for an individual and appealing image. Allan

Up my alley and yours too obviously. Striking image carefully processed to show scene to its best advantage.
