Exotic flower!

By KaysCamera
This is a picture I took in cornwall 2yrs ago. It was at Paradise Bird Gardens, and was growing in the open. It was around 10ft tall and had a really awfull pungent smell that contrasted very much with it's appearance.

Really is an exotic flower Kay. I used to live quite near to the Gardens in Hayle, but that was a long time ago.

Like the colour and definition in this one good work. If you increase the contrast on this just a little it will give more definition to the whole plant.

Regards.

Thankyou all for taking the time to comment.
I have tried altering the contrast, it certainly strengthens the contrast between the orange and blue, thanks Ken.

Very nice shot of an unusual plant. I echo Kens' suggestion although if you are using Arcsoft rather PS it may be difficult to get some the subtley of change needed.

Yes, the sharpen image filter does seem to reduce the quality and produce lines & squares like the original low pixel cameras. Other than that, I am beginning to get the hang of it. I do find the pic's are not as good on here when they are compressed. On screen - large file size, they are more impressive. Thanks for looking
