Living in Toronto, and having been to the zoo many times, - I have never even come close to a shot of the Mandril like this one, - its fantastic.

Stunning! I also wanted to add my plaudit and vote for the detail in this image. It works for me because it is an unfamiliar viewpoint. There may just be a tad too much space in front of this creature for my personal taste and while it may be possible to follow Steve's suggestion about darkening the corner, it is, nevertheless, an outstanding image and I think it deserves to be on a wall at 40 x30. (loud applause and my vote) Wink
