Woodpecker

By Keith-Mckevitt
Hi all, this was taken during a weekend stay at Centerparcs in Sherwood Forest, Nottingham. I decided to visit the hide early whilst it was nice and quiet, at 6am. I had the hide to myself so the early start paid off. I used a hide clamp with a Manfrotto tripod head and cable release for the first time. Hope you like it.

Your efforts paid off well. Sharp, crisp and full of colour. That tree sure has taken a beating too!

Holy cats, Jerry. You are a pro, yet so humble. What a fine pf you have. For your pleasure...google Vancouver island birds...Mike Yip here on Vancouver island has a few good shots too. Start with the latest journal and work back. Was fun for me so enjoy. Tony..TG
