Plymouth 2006

Plymouth is often damp and cloudy.
It has a weird mix of architectural styles, cobbled together over several hundred years, and modified considerably by the Luftwaffe and by the post war city planners.
Currently there's a new building fever, so cranes and scaffolding and half done buildings are a regular feature.
(Some lens correction used in PSP, this one has a touch of barrel distortion at wide angle)
