I'll mail you, Hench, but it's just a case of using varying degrees of amount, radius and threshold and different areas of the image to add punch and build texture. The method is really for printing.

wow....smashing colours and lighting. A few years ago this was the size of your average corner shop and mostly painted in this colour. Now they have been converted to housing and we all go to Sainburys. Like the wonky drain pipe.

I like this a lot Keith. IMHO your best for a while. Hope you had a good one - oh and have you got any glue left to paste me in Wink

Was it processed in C1 4 - as i've noticed that can give a HDR effect when you pull the shadow / highlights feature.

although he does occasionally use HDR software and is a member of a HDR software test group...... Just testing? The usm layer method seems to work well enough with a very pleasing result. Like it Keif and HNY.

this a straight shot with a spot of distortion correction. I think the other shop was a rather good looking goth clothes shop.

Never seen this one Keith, its good . I know the shop well, Did you know some one who was stopping in the upstairs flat and asked them to hang the curtains out for you. Either way its unusal a top draw image.
