Dark Corners

got this shot using a reverse ring on my stock 18-55mm lens , was able to set the aperture by disconnecting lens with camera switched on and holding the dof preview button down . Making the dof more usable instead of aperture being wide open ,. View finder very dark used led torch to light the spider up . do admit to slowing him up a bit by giving him a cold bath but he was fine afterwards , good job these creatures are small , thanks for taking a look ,Kel

Boody hell, it's Shelob! That's incredible magnification and you have picked a great angle. It's a little bit soft, that may be a 2sec exposure. Perhaps additional flash would allow a shorter exposure? Love the light in the eyes.
