A New Zealander by birth, I am now aged 82, and living in retirement in Australia. I am a former Royal Air Force officer, a very keen photographer in my younger years, I was a dyed in the wool Nikon Man - not surprisingly as one of my best school and life long friends, Dave MacAlister was the son of TA MacAlister the owner of The NZ Nikon Distributor. I have however, never owned a Nikon Digital Camera - went instead with Olympus micro 4/3.
