More creamy water..

By KevinEllison
Taken during the 4th Aug Derby 'meet' - at something like 1.5 sec. at F11 (?) my first attempt at "creamy"waterflow, but somewhat forced on me having no ND filter(s) and with low-light conditions..!!

Can't get past the first page. Just as I'm about to log off another great shot like this pops up and I'm compelled to comment. Lots of detail here, very nicely composed with perfect exposure. I've said before I'm not a fan of milky water but shots like this may persuade me otherwise.

Blooming "eck Kev - - that was quick!! Smile

The posting - - NOT the exposure!! Wink

Gr8 to meet you - - this is gr8 for a first time - - quite good wandering around with the 'big boys' and getting tips from them, isn't it!!! Smile

Nice on Kev, a slightly darker exposure and a fraction more contrast would help this but a cracking composition all the same.

Good meeting you and glad you got home safely.

Thanks Fran, too right..!
Thanks also Paul, suggestions/comments are fine by me, gives food for thought to play some more..!
Sorry about idiotic comment of mine in the write-up about ND filters - would have been no help whatsoever, but I blame 36 hours without sleep..Wink
