By Kim Walton
Not only is this the most important Serbian Orthodox monastery in Croatia, it ranks as one of that faith's most important sites full stop. Featuring a unique combination of Byzantine and Mediterranean architecture, it occupies a peaceful position above the river and a small lake.

A good vantage point, Kim. The island is well placed on the third but I can see another composition with it placed in the bottom right corner using the rest of the image as negative space??

Now that is a place to live, as long as they have internet access of course. Coatia is a beautiful place and this is a very good example of that beauty. I agree with Dave about the possible second composition, although I have to admit that I hadn't spotted it until I saw Dave's comments.

Got lots of compositions from this location.... Been 4 times to Croatia and will be going again (Trip booked for Jan to get frozen waterfalls if anyone`s intrested) (Only 8 places )
I found the internet is far better in Croatia than U.K..... I did`t fail to get a connection at any time even up in the mountains.

Thanks for comments .
