Nice, natural shot but it looks out of focus in the foreground whic it should not do if you used f22 and a decent tripod.

I'm not a landscape expert but I will tell you what I see...

The foreground needs more in the way of contrast. It looks dull (may be why it looks soft to me). Overall the image needs some adjustments to lift it.

The composition could be tidied up. Perhpas you could have been further along the path (and perhaps should of excluded the path edge which cuts the bottom edge of the frame). Looking more along the ridge may have helped to draw the eye in.

It's a good start, if you look at a lot of the landscapes here you will see dramatic sky, stongly filter, strong sunsets and sunrises etc. What you will also see is compositions that really work. I try to capture some of this and usually fail but keep trying!
