Menacing sky

By KingArthur
This rustic countryside farmhouse on the road to Mtahleb Cliffs looked ravishingly beautiful contrasted against one menacing sky. Quite some unseasonal weather we have had here for the first week in June!

True quite a storm was approaching, but it did not deter me from stopping to grab a few shots ..... I liked the lighting falling off the textured stonework and those massive laden clouds! The radio masts you notice in the distance date back to WWII times ... they served as valuable ears to the Allies.

I hope you like the composition, viewed large if possible.

Joe

I've missed some great shots, Joe, but glad to have seen this one. The textures and light are wonderful, and the sky full of brooding atmosphere.
