Winds of Change

By KingArthur
A north wind blowing ..... thick laden clouds drifting across the sky ..... a field full of fresh blooms ..... a couple of warblers in song .....

A beautiful setting to find yourself in and waiting to be captured. No filters at hand, I underexposed by about 2 stops to enhance the cloudscape and enrich the colours. I picked this shot as the best out of a series of 4 taken. I hope you find the shot to your liking, viewing large is better as always.

This is beautiful - the sky is fabulous I can almost feel the wind. I like the inclusion of the the gate posts they invoke the idea of 'shelter from the storm'.
One of your finest IMO.

You can really feel this wind, and smell and taste the heady scent the flowers and hear the birds. It definitely touches all the senses, a rare achievement. Have you considered putting one into the BBC Weather image pages?
