Skimming Low

Shot captured recently while out birding at the Salina salt pans.

The late afternoon lighting over the creek provided a wonderful glow to capture this fleeting Cormorant as it skimmed low over the water .....

Action Gear: Nikon D500 coupled with Sigma 60-600mm lens.

Viewing large yields better detail.
