Definitely a brilliant piece of action! I personally would crop it closer, as the background is totally one colour green grass. Apart from that I really like this shot.

Fantastic - I have tried (and tried and tried etc.) to get one of my spaniels like this and have failed miserably. The benchmark has been set. Smile

Thanks for all the comments - it's great to be back posting. I have a few more spaniel shots lined up and will try with fill in flash next time to get a little more detail in the eyes.

I am STILL mostly using the F4, I still prefer it, but... sometimes it's more convenient to use the P1 or D70,= INSTANT!!!
