I'll go for the B&W version. There are more details in the shadows and it has an ancient feel that goes with the theme. It is moer mysterious. Great processing and pose for sure.

Its the colur one for me. The way you have used the colours - sort of faded - makes it somewhat ethereal in my view.

I have to admit I prefer the colour version. I think just because it makes the model a bit more promminent.
Excellent work again, can yoiu better this ???? We all eagerly await

much better in bnw & it shows the colour version up for what it is rather uninteresting & bland. the bnw version is so much better benefiting from the work you put in that would barely have reaped rewards on the colour version. just shows that sometimes bnw comes to the recsue.

They are both lovely but I really love the mono version Jo. A beautiful model who I actually thought was you but maybe not judging by one of your comments. A magical image.

The composition within the square frame works really well indeed. I prefer the black & white version myself, lots more detail and more in-keeping with the subject. A lovely series this...

k..i've been 'one , twoing' on this one for about 5 minutes, and i can't decide which version i like best..lol...if i had to make a choice the colour would just edge it, but the black and white looks great also

anyways, great pose, and you made an excellent job of this. It almost has a 3D feel..

Been looking forward to having a good look at this all day .... could'nt really see it properly on the work's screen.

I think my favourite of many favourites of yours Jo. Beautiful model, beautiful colours and beautifully processed. I like the BW for the extra bit of detail that is visible, but just love the colours in V2.

Have you tried layering the BW version on top of the colour version and lowering it's opacity just to try and get the best of both worlds?

If I was into these User Award thingy's then this would surely receive one.

Love both images, super feel to them, still got that pre-Raphaelite thing going on, which is wonderful.
For me the colour edges it, because you obviously spend a lot of time and effort arranging the colourways.
Wonderful series, just gets better every day!

This has been a superb series, and to me this is the best of them all, combining the clever Kitsch manipulation and atmosphere with a beautiful model.

Superb series, hope they continue.
