Thanks Conrad, I thought perhaps there was not enough space underneath him? Thats what was bugging me about it, but it seems to be liked so far !

I've really enjoyed your series of dog in action shots, but as you asked I'd have to say that on the face and particularly the eyes, this is not as sharp as the previous ones.

And possibly explains why you, yourself are not entirely happy with it.

well karen i think you got this spot on the movement in the fur is great the water drops are amazing . if you ever get my way i love you to do some of my mut

I would be very happy with such a lovely shot as this but feel the focus is on the chest and not so much on the eye. I feel very cruel for saying that but it's a very minor remark to make and one that I don't mean to be offensive in any way. It's still a superb action shot, love it.

Smashing piece of work Karen. Please keep in mind that this - action shot - of a white dog on a sunny day is double the nightmare of a wedding photographers bride - standing still - wearing her delicate white dress on a sunny day and think you have handled this shot extremely well. I really like your (give it to me on the chin) approach to learning and this is coming across in the excellent standard of work you are producing. Well done.

Excellent shot, I agree with Cheryl's and Geoff's comments, but also with Dave's that you're taking on a very difficult challenge. Still a wonderful shot of a gorgeous dog and portraying loads of joyous energy
