What method did you use to blend the exposures?
Nice job anyway!

I really like this, the detail in the wood is fabulous and the tones are excellent - not sure how it's done but good work!!

Good idea, righthand third looks empty so no balance to the picture and not sure about the greenish cast.

Great colour & light in this concept. Despite what's been said above, I think the emptiness on the right adds impact to the scene & helps define the posts. Well taken.

Hi Kim!

Now this is very interesting! Not something I have seen or tried before - you must have the patience of a saint to stay in the same place all day and night! The composition is sound though it might benefit from a small crop from the right - not too much though. Also during your blending process there does seem to be a light cast across the image and though it works on the backround I feel a little more shadow to deepen the side of the poles would help enormously and create a more dynamic shot - you can do this by using the 'burn' tool and set the tool to shadows, though you might find selecting the poles with the magic selection tool or lasso tool handy to create a sharper line. Overall Kim this is a wonderful blend idea and a good composition, the light is otherworldly and well done for experimenting with this idea.

Hope this helps

this is beautiful, makes my attempts at merging images look like they've been done by a pre-schooler! And i like the space on the right, it looks right somehow, without it it would look too cluttered, well I think so anyway!

Gr8 work

Great capture love the feel I think the merging has worked really well as to me it softens the image giving it a much more calm feeling.
