striking tint...being super critical, I would like to have the whole head and I think you could lose some of the table?

reminds me of `Swiss Tony' Smile

Would you work for this man? I think that I would deliberately flunk the interview. Good work. Andy

Quote:should of had a shave though

Quite - and pulling up your tie a bit more would have been good as well. Wink

But this is a great image, I really like how you've done this. Well done, and a well deserved award!

Oh, fantastic! Such a shame the top of the head was cropped, and there are a few distracting elements on the background (dust spots and some marks), but this has so much impact - a great pose and expression! I love the 'half shaved' look! Congratulations on the HC.

Congrats on the HC Lance....love the colour , processing, the rugged un shaved face, pose, expression etc .....my only crit would be you have a bit of a halo around the subject and rather a dark line on the RHS of the face.

Like the shot and think it deserves the HC, but would agree with the other crits raised, top of head missing, marks on background and the halo.

That fact we are reduced to nitpicking should be viewed as positive though!

It is, I'm really thrilled to bits and I love the constructive criticism, it helps me move forward with my work so I'm always grateful for people who tell it how it is! Cheers everyone!
