Pile of Junk..

By Landlord
Always thought this boat looked like a Chinese Junk.

I have seen this boat a million times, it always seems to be moored at this location.

Anyway on this occasion I had photographed it looking down the loch towards the sea, sun setting behind it etc etc.. (posted it the other day).

Jumped in the car and was hurtling off down towards the coast for a sunset, as you do. ‘stop the car, turn round I’ve seen a shot”. Parking completely illegally as we photographers do at times, I got a few snaps, burled the car round and headed off once again into the sunset.

I wasn’t posting this until I saw a similar shot on here, so here’s my version, hope you like it.

Phil.

That's a beauty. I've snapped that boat a few times too but never under such wonderful light. It's a cracker but had I taken it I would have considered excluding the hint of reflected blue in the bottom lh corner which rather draws the attention. Composition is excellent so rather than crop I'd use either the warp tool to pull down that corner or the clone tool. On the other hand, that would be cheating and the image has great integrity as it stands. Well done!
