Hi Laszlo,
I can see you have tried to capture the clouds in this image. Clouds can be a fantastic and rewarding subject, try and find some interesting foreground to help lead your eye. Look up the rule of thirds and try to compose your shots with that in mind, you can always crop your shots in a photo program to create a more pleasing image.

There is not alot you can do with your image but to quickly show you what could be achieved with a bit of practice I have made some slight adjustments, have a look.

Keep shooting and keep practicing but always remember take images that please you not other people. Wink

hello, and a warm welcome to epz.

its a fair shot of the clouds but maybe it hasnt really enough subject content. i think its a little lacking in foreground interest to cativate the attention for very long, its a sort of cross between the rooflines and then clouds.

if your ability to get out and about was a little restricted, why not be even bolder and just take the sky, but perhaps tilt the camera so the clouds area are at a jaunty diagonal angle and make the image more of an abstract.

regards

You ideally need to specific strong type of cloud to give the desired impact with low lighting, or light of a strong nature. The roof and wires are also a bit of a distraction - you need a more interesting object in the foreground.
