Apples

By LauraD
This will be the first in a series of different close ups of fruit and veg I saw in a farmers market on the weekend. Just playing with different colours and textures. Hope you like them?

just read your profile and if you are after a nice digital SLR, i would recomend the Nikon D50. ive just got into digi photography and that is the one that i use, from using an old film SLR and the D50 is a great camera to use and get use to digi SLR photography.

Thanks for the comments on my shot. Brought a smile. Good start to your portfolio here. I recommend the Canon 20D. Can be picked up pretty cheaply now (compared to last year anyway). I'm fairly new too but I really enjoy this camera. And if I might add, I recommend bumping up your saturation in PS when you're editing. These are excellent images but I think more editing could really make them shine, especially the frosted leaves. Enjoy.

Perhaps the site www.steves-digicams.com would help you locate a good all round camera ..good luck I have had Canons but now olympus as the dust/sensor problem can be a bug bear...
