    Hi Steve, It may just be my eyes (I did go to specsavers and pick the new ones up Saturday!) but the sharp focus is the front of the perch (albeit a very nice one) which has left the Wren slightly out of focus, It could possibly be that all the focus points were selected on the camera and the lower one on the perch was the one that locked on, potentially it could also be that your lens is front focussing which can be adjusted in the cameras menu.....Or even more likely..I havent picked up my new glasses yet!! Cracking capture all the same and thats a super background.

    Cracking shot and I was expecting to see a 500mm and 1.4x as the lens!! You must have been wearing nikes instead!!
