The light
The paint colour
The leaves
The reflection of the roof window on the windscreen
This is a list of the reasons for thinking this photo deserves my award (one day, this year!)
Bravo, excellent!

Quote:Good memories, in more ways than one. I do prefer this in colour (I went back to check), it has a livid, bruised look. And I remember recognizing Båstnäs, it's a special place. You did it justice.
It was really fun to walk around at that place Moira. I was really surprised that it could be so many motive at one place

Thanks so much for both award and lovely comment. Always much appreciated!

Quote:I😍 this photo you already know Arne,
The job is perfectly done, you turned this old discarded car into something beautiful.
Lory

Have worked a little with this color version, so it is difficult to se the difference between them without having them becide each other.
Thanks so much for the support, and for the award Lory! You are so kind.

Quote:I presume this is taken at Töcksfors? Such a wonderful place which I need to visit again...
This looks like a scene right out of a horror film, we approach with trepidation and fear...
Yes it is Malc. A really exciting place to walk around and take photos.
And a little bit sceary too. My wife wanted to go home before dark

Thank you so much for the award, and for commenting!
Much appreciated !

Phew ... now that I've got to the end of that plethora of well deserved comments, I think it's all been said above! What else is there to say, other than it's a fantastic image - beautifully seen, sympathetically photographed and effectively processed. Woodini254 above said it reminded them of the car from the film Christine, which I completely agree with as I thought the same. Only this one's the slightly more deviant, definitely darker, octogenarian older sister of Christine ... the one that comes in the night and steals your dreams while you sleep
