Unusual - I have seen similar shots, but never with a wide angle lens being used. It really works well! Congratulations on the Editor's Choice - it's well deserved!

This is a great image - so moody with the swirling sky.
I have always been fascinated by wind turbines but have always been disappointed with my efforts.A really wide angle and a fairly prostrate position must be the answer!

Again, great angle and the atmospheric sky adds to the meaning of the photo. For me it is the transference of the chaotic power of nature into the useable power of electricity. This could be viewed as the interface between nature and humankind..

Well seen and well captured..

I like this picture a lot and am impressed by the use of color tones in all your pictures. As I am new to digital photography, can you give me any advise on how to achieve these effects (which software etc.)Thanks, Mike.

Well deserved EC! Love the color choice. BTW the tree in my portfolio is from Maruyama park, but apparently it is not the famous cherry tree.
