Aeroplane Ride!

By leedsgh
A picture of my wife giving my son an aeroplane ride at Roundhay Park on Sunday.

Ive been practicing with a new animation style of portraiture. Ive got a couple to be going on with, this being the first.

What do you think?

Depressing to see the size of it on here (500 pixel restriction) as my sons face is really great to see when you see it full size!

Think enough detail comes through to tell this great story!

Very effective result, and thought out, with the white border treatment to display it perfectly

Love this one Gav, had to think twice about your wife's head being missing but it does work because your eyes go straight to the little boy, he's lovely and having a great time of kids should always be like this, having fun. Like how you've presented it too, very effective.

A good Idea that has worked, and I like the B7W treatment. It would have been interesting to see The interaction between mother and child. Click

Really excellent! Like the crop - it emphasises the movement of the little lad well. Great B&W, well presented.
