This is another image from my September the 11th shoot.

This is Meg. She's 3 months old now.

I have kept this image very white in order to express her delicate features.

I love to use macro on babies. You can get some wonderful shots. Although you still will get some people saying things like, "it's a pity you've cropped the head."

PS Lend us a grand Gav. I'm a bit over spent this week ;o)

Hiya Gav, I love this one, and your blue baby hand, and the one of your little boy, and the one of your wife've been busy uploading while I've been off. Clicked them all, I'm trying to catch up a bit so don't have time to comment on them all.
Have a good weekend ...what's up with the car? or shouldn't I ask

Hey Flossie how are you?

Is your Dad any better? I certainly hope so.

thanks for the kind comments on my pics!

Have you clicked on them all?! It isnt registering if so! ;^)

As for the car. Dont ask!

You can read about it if you are that bothered on my forum topic named ' Pleeeese!! Cheer me up!'

Give me chance :o) I was doing it while you were typing then!
I'm surprised your 'our creation' pic didn't get more clicks, it's a lovely one just never can tell on here though, often what I really like gets a bad response and vice versa.
My Dad is not much better sadly (still in ICU) but he's hanging in there and we've not given up hope. Driving from Guiseley to Pinderfields and back every day after I've been at work is starting to take it's toll ...I'm knackered.

Sorry about that, I just saw the time you wrote the last email in comparison to the time I wrote mine and thought you had missed the clicks!

I'm glad your Dad is getting better. I can imagine what it's doing to you, 'keep your pecker up' as they say.

hey Gav
just to thank you for your kinds words on my portfolio, I also hated "posed" portraiture and actually consider myself, very snapshot as I never use tripod etc, I am for "The moment" shots, although like todays image i like to create mood sometimes with P Shop, it comes from being a painter of people for 15 years I think, the recovery shots are very personal, having been through it myself and it's not for the symapthy vote, I just think that the anonimity thing of addiction should be done away with by now, it's not shameful and many people recover and get on with life!!
Thank you and your portfolio is creative, original and you certainly have "The eye"
Keep creating, I will keep looking
