Did you 'see' this turned around before you took it? An outstanding composition. I find modern architecture barren of 'soul' - very much a personal thing as many people love it. I think it's the austerity that bothers me and yet there is plenty of infrastructure here. Very few curved lines though. A

Very nice! I love pictures that make the brain work - I have a similar 'confusion' shot to upload tomorrow.
Just a suggestion - if you crop off the much lighter bit on the right, then crop off the left to leave a square, and slightly tweak the vertical on the right, I reckon you have an image that is more abstract and also more puzzling.

I like your "confusion" concept on this. Great artistic shot - I like minimalist mod architecture where minimal repetitive shapes and light play great roles. You are good dude.

Thanks Andy, Accipier, Alvar, Moira, Jamm Smile great comments. The image seen here are the ceiling lights at the public library, which most people haven't seen (since they don't look up Smile too busy looking ahead carrying books. I like the orange and white blocks, the thin steel rods and laminate flooring - used in an unconventional way here. I shot different angles and realized one can turn this image around on any side and cause some confusion, but it could also stand on its own - whether flipped or not - as architectural design. Leman
